When all the instrument panel marks exceed the standard value, they can actually operate the roller table into the working process. If there is a large deviation (abnormality) in the indication of some instrument panel, it should be standby immediately. Check that all mechanical faults can be started normally after being solved.

7. During the operation of the roller pass shot blasting machine, the actual operating staff need to inspect the machine and equipment to see if there is any abnormal noise and overheating at each position. When the machine and equipment are found to have serious common faults during the operation of the walk-through shot blasting machine, press the "direction change" button to shut down the machine for repair, and cooperate with professional technicians to remove the mechanical faults.

8. The actual operating staff shall carry out daily maintenance and weekly maintenance of the machine and equipment according to "equipment maintenance". Clean the dust and dirt in the dust removal equipment immediately every week to prevent damaging the dust removal quality and ensure the integrity of the machinery and equipment.
