Introduction of IDEAL003 and HPG shot blasting machines:
HPG type shot blasting machine is divided into roller type, chain plate type, rotary table type, trolley type, squirrel-cage type and hanging type shot blasting machine according to the structure of casting bearing body.
Drum type and chain plate type shot blasting machines are suitable for cleaning small and medium-sized castings that are not afraid of collision. The roller type shot blasting machine makes the casting turn over and run forward by the spiral guide bar in the cylinder. The chain plate type shot blasting machine makes the casting overturn and run through the movement of the chain plate. Rotary table type, trolley type and hanging type shot blasting machines are used to clean large and medium-sized castings. Usually, there is a fixed shot blasting room in which the cleaned castings rotate or move. The shot blasting room is generally equipped with several shot blasters, which are installed in different positions and shot from different directions to improve the cleaning efficiency and quality of the shot blasting machine. The hanging shot blasting machine can be equipped with several lifting hooks on the suspension chain according to the needs of the castings to be cleaned. During cleaning, the castings are hung on the lifting hooks and turn over automatically while running forward. The castings are loaded and unloaded outside the shot blasting room and cleaned indoors.
According to the working system, it can be divided into intermittent and continuous shot blasting machines.
The shot blasting machine is mainly composed of four parts:
① The shot blaster usually uses a high-speed rotating impeller to shoot the shot in a certain direction under the action of high centrifugal force. During the working process, some shot blasters can swing or move up and down at a certain angle.
② Projectile collection, separation and transportation system.
③ The bearing body that enables the casting to continuously run and turn over during shot blasting.
④ Dust removal system.
