Several measuring factors for purchasing paint booth:

① Brightness: the brightness in the paint spraying room should reach 800-1000 lux, and the paint spraying room should use light close to D65 light source, and the wall in the room should be matte white;

③ The filtering effect depends on the model of the top cotton of the spray booth. Generally, the repair shop uses two models, EU5 and EU6. When using the spray booth, the sun lamp can be used to illuminate the upper part of the room. Usually, the very fine dust per square meter should be less than 5;

④ For the wall sealing effect, the paint booth needs to be sealed, and there should be no accumulation of paint dust at the joints;

⑤ Ensure positive pressure, the air inlet of the spray booth should be slightly greater than the air outlet, so that the spray booth can be kept under positive pressure;

⑥ The sealing effect of the heating system shall be well sealed around the burner and chimney, and there shall be no burnt putty;

⑦ Temperature rise rate: the time for the paint booth to rise from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃ is about l0-15min. At the same time, it should be noted that some thermometers in the paint booth are inaccurate. The temperature measurement should be based on the temperature of the metal body in the paint booth. If the selected spray booth can meet the above conditions, it is an ideal spray booth. However, in the cumulative use process, there will be many problems such as poor quality of the spray booth, more dust in the room, poor construction effect, poor lighting effect, etc. In fact, as long as you can use and maintain the spray booth correctly, these problems can be completely avoided.
