Steel pretreatment line exported to Russia

The steel pretreatment line refers to the processing and production process of studying the surface shot blasting and coating a layer of protective primer on the steel before processing (i.e. raw material management status). The processing technology of steel pretreatment line can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of students' mechanical design products and metal material components, improve the fatigue resistance of a workpiece, and extend its service network life.

During the cleaning process, when the steel structure or steel is sent into the projection area of the cleaning machine room by the electrically controlled adjustable conveying roller table, all sides of the steel pretreatment line are hit and abraded by strong and dense projectiles from different coordinate directions, which causes the oxide skin, rust layer and dirt on it to fall off quickly, and the steel surface will obtain a smooth surface with a certain roughness, and the workpiece will be loaded and unloaded at the inlet and outlet roller tables on both sides of the cleaning room.

The steel pretreatment line is mainly composed of roller conveyor system, shot blasting cleaning machine, automatic painting system, drying room, shot blasting dust removal system, paint mist filtering system and electric control system, and can expand the automatic loading and unloading system and preheating room.
