Inspection of H-shaped steel passing shot blasting machine:
(1) Check the wear environment of the inner lining plate, shot splitting wheel, directional sleeve, blade and impeller of each shot blaster, and replace them if there is excessive wear.
(2) Check the chamber body and the guard boards in the shot blasting chamber, and replace them immediately in case of serious wear, breakdown, crack and other conditions that hinder normal use.
(3) Check the protective wear sleeve of the roller table in the shot blasting room and the protective sleeve at the end of the roller table, and replace it if it is seriously worn or broken.
(4) Check the damaged environment of the sealing curtain, and replace it in real time if it is seriously damaged.
(5) Check whether all lubricating parts are normal.
(6) Check the abrasion and crushing environment of the shot material, and add a certain amount of shot material.
(7) Check the dust discharge valve of the dust collector and the accumulated environment in the ash hopper, and clean in real time.
(8) Check the abrasion environment of the shot tube, and repair or replace it if it is damaged.
(9) Check whether the cable, air pipe and air duct are normal.
