HPG shot blasting machine exported to Colombia
Shot blasting technology was first applied in developed countries in Europe and America. A shot blasting machine in the world was manufactured by the American Whee-Laborator Company in the 1930s. This process was initially applied in the fields of removing oxide scale and impurities on the surface of various metals or non-metals and increasing roughness. The production of shot blasting equipment in China began in the late 1950s, when the technology was mainly imitated from the former Soviet Union.
The shot blasting machine uses the motor to drive the polishing wheel. The polishing wheel produces centrifugal force during high-speed rotation. The centrifugal force is used to accelerate the steel shot. The steel shot is accelerated to the speed of 60-80m/s by the polishing wheel, and shot at the surface of the treated object at a certain angle. Let the steel shot impact the working surface, so as to achieve the goal of evenly removing the surface layer. For the surface treatment of steel structure, the world standard Sa3 quality can be obtained.
The shot blasting machine is composed of five mechanisms: automatic walking mechanism, shot lowering control mechanism, electrical control mechanism, shot dust separation mechanism and shot blasting working mechanism.
