When there is a groove on the part, the diameter of shot blasting shall be less than half of the inner radius of the groove. Shot blasting size is usually selected between 6-50 meshes.
(2) Shot blasting strength
When the shot blasting hardness is higher than the part hardness, the change of its hardness value does not affect the shot blasting strength; When the shot blasting is softer than the part, if the shot blasting hardness value decreases, the shot blasting strength also decreases.
(3) Shot blasting speed
When the shot blasting speed is added, the shot blasting strength is also added, but when the speed is too high, the shot blasting damage amount is added.
(4) Injection viewpoint
When the shot blasting jet is perpendicular to the surface to be blasted, the shot blasting intensity is high, so the shot blasting treatment should generally be maintained in this state. (5) Shot blasting breaking amount
The kinetic energy of shot blasting fragments is low, the more broken shot blasting, the lower shot blasting intensity, and the irregular shot blasting will scratch the surface of the parts. Therefore, the broken shot should be removed frequently to ensure that the shot blasting integrity rate is greater than 85%. Only some auxiliary equipment should be selected to control the shot blasting process more strictly.
